I'm Kathy Matis, Cff Coach from Susquehanna Community School District, partnering with Coach Mike Burke from Western Wayne. Mike and I have been collaborating through this wiki for today's presentation! Imagine that--a collaboration that never occurred face-to-face--such is the beauty of the new Web 2.0 tools. We hope to show you how easy these tools are for you and your students to use--not just on class projects, but on academic projects and research with partners across the state, across the country, across the world!

Begin with the Wiki video from Youtube that we saw at our CDWG training.

From Wikispaces.com...

Many of you have asked for materials that you can use to help your fellow educators learn about Wikispaces. We've just posted a customizable presentation and a "Getting Started" handout to the teacher help page at __http://www.wikispaces.com/help+teachers#toc8__ .
The presentation is handy if you're going to a conference or a meeting and you want to talk about wikis in education, and the "Getting Started" handout is a great document to print out and provide to colleagues or others so they have a quick guide to Wikispaces that they can refer to. Download them, use them, and let us know what you think.
